The History of Weighbridges

Before the 1980s of the 21st century, the common weighing scales we used were generally mechanical weighing scales, also known as mechanical scales, which used the principle of financial leverage and were purely mechanically designed and constructed; In the mid-1980s of the 21st century, with the increasingly perfect and mature national high-precision weighing system sensor network technology, more and more weighing scale brands have entered the new era of the Chinese economic market

Before the 1980s of the 21st century, the common weighing scales we saw were generally mechanical weighing scales, also known as mechanical scales, using the principle of financial leverage and pure mechanical design. In the mid-1980s of the 21st century, with the increasingly sophisticated and mature national high-precision weighing system sensor network technology, more and more weighing scale brands entered the new era of the Chinese economic market. With the development of the weighing scale industry, people are becoming more familiar with weighing scales. Mechanical weighing scales are gradually being replaced by analog and digital weighing scales with high precision, good stability, and simple and convenient operation.

Weighing scales, also known as truck scales or electronic vehicle scales, are large scales installed on the ground, typically used to weigh the tonnage of cargo trucks. They are the primary weighing equipment used by factories, mines, businesses, etc., for measuring large quantities of goods in China. Weighing scales can be classified by their body structure into I-beam scales, T-beam scales, L-beam scales, U-beam scales, channel steel scales, and reinforced concrete scales; by sensor type, they can be classified into digital electronic scales and analog scales.

Weight can be classified into analog and digital scales based on the sensor's output signal. By scale body structure, they can be classified into I-beam scales, T-beam scales, L-beam scales, U-beam scales, channel steel scales, and reinforced concrete scales. With the continuous improvement of enterprise management, unattended automatic weighing is becoming the future development direction of weighing.
