(1) Design Schedule and Quality Assurance Measures

To achieve the work objectives on schedule and with high quality, we will ensure the design schedule and quality from several aspects, including organizational management system, personnel and equipment, and technical support.

During the design process of this project, we will strictly follow the requirements of the quality system documents and implement technical and quality management. Combining the experience of previous project designs, we will establish an organizational management system with clear responsibilities, good coordination, strong support, and schedule assurance.

 

(2) Standardization and Standardization of Design Service Work Management Following the quality policy of "Double Excellence in Quality and Brand, Superior Service and Reputation," we will strive to standardize and standardize subsequent service work, make design representative management orderly, and strengthen the subsequent service management team to make subsequent service management requirements institutionalized.

Design personnel will establish a firm belief in "Quality First, Service Supreme," abide by professional ethics, stick to their posts, maintain a high sense of responsibility and rigorous scientific attitude, adhere to technical standards, strictly control the implementation of specifications and procedures, actively and proactively solve various technical problems, and coordinate the relationship with owners, supervisors, and construction parties.
