Device Installation Procedure Details

The installation process of the electronic vehicle scale weighing system equipment can be detailed as follows:

Installation of the weighing platform, sensors, weighing instrument, license plate recognition, video surveillance and its ancillary facilities;

Cable laying; grounding wire laying and connection testing; power and signal wiring;

The power supply for the weighing platform and monitoring equipment comes from the project department or its UPS;

Debugging of the digital electronic vehicle scale weighing system;

System joint debugging: cooperate with the complete acceptance cargo system for online debugging to ensure correct data transmission;

Cooperate with the China Construction project department to invite the local metrology supervision department to conduct weighing platform verification.

The equipment installation is carried out in the above order. If there are other objective reasons, the order can be adjusted accordingly to ensure the overall progress of the project.

 

Preparatory work before installation

According to the technical requirements of the foundation construction layout drawing, the quality of the foundation construction is accepted, and the position and size between each component are checked. The following work can only be carried out after acceptance.

Check whether the wiring ducts of the signal cables are unobstructed;

Whether all grounding points are reliable, and determine whether the grounding resistance meets the requirements;

Check whether the drainage channels of the foundation pit are unobstructed;

Clean up garbage and sundries in the foundation pit;

Check whether the power supply meets the regulations (the phase wire and neutral wire of the power supply cannot be used as the power supply line. When it is unavoidable, protective measures must be taken to prevent the instrument from being interfered with).

 

Weighing platform installation

Measure the horizontal height of the frame, use a crane to lift the weighing platform into the frame, wear the signal line, adjust the limit bolts, ensure that the weighing platform is level with the road surface, the error does not exceed 3mm, and install the sensor protective cover. After the weighing platform is in place, check and correct the gap between the weighing platform and the foundation to meet the installation requirements, adjust the limit device, and tighten the limit bolts.

 

1) Construction preparation stage

Technical preparation: Based on the system design scheme and on-site investigation, we will speed up the detailed design work of the construction drawings and the review of the construction drawings. Under the guidance of the overall project schedule, we will prepare the overall project schedule and the stage construction plan. Prepare the system construction plan and sub-item construction plans for various equipment systems. Under the auspices of the project construction technical supervisor, each professional management team will carefully and meticulously explain the technology to the construction team. After receiving the explanation, the construction team will earnestly implement the construction intentions.

 

2) Construction stage

The construction stage is the heart and center stage of the entire project management. This stage has a long cycle, and the construction content is large and comprehensive. From wiring and cabling to the installation of various system equipment, it needs to be completed within a certain period of time. Therefore, the management of this stage is very important, and a network management model is needed to adapt to the work content of different periods. It is necessary to carry out large-scale, all-round, reasonable, orderly, and cross-construction, or according to its own construction sequence, according to the flow mode of construction. The entire stage is the development stage of the formation of engineering quality and the key to progress control.

 

3) Debugging and acceptance stage

The debugging and acceptance stage is the last stage of the entire construction management. Through management, the construction of the project is nearing completion, and scale and achievements have been achieved, but this does not mean that everything is done. It is also necessary to use the debugging and completion acceptance stage to check whether the previous two stages of the project are managed reasonably and whether they are effective. For the completion acceptance stage, it is necessary to do the following work from beginning to end:

 

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the project:

Mainly check the construction drawings and contracts item by item, conduct a physical inventory of the project, list unfinished and remaining items, and existing unresolved problems, list them, determine the completion schedule of each professional, formulate completion measures, complete them within the time limit, and leave no tails. Organize and compile completion (completion) documents: timely organize and compile engineering completion (completion) documents, so that they are true, timely, and without omissions, providing a basis for settlement and a basis for future inspection and maintenance.
