Technical services

To ensure the normal progress of system construction and operation, and to promptly resolve practical issues encountered by users, we provide the following technical support commitment:
1) One year of free maintenance after acceptance, including software improvement and upgrades.
2) Our company headquarters is located in Li Songluo Second Industrial Zone, Gongming Town, Guangming New District, Shenzhen. We have branch offices and after-sales service offices throughout the country, ensuring timely and reliable after-sales maintenance response. We provide on-site technical support at any time, including on-site technical services from developers and software operation training, to answer various questions during use.
3) We provide free 365x7x24 hour telephone technical support. On-site response within 2 hours of a fault occurrence, arrival on-site within 24 hours. General issues will be resolved within 4 hours, and special issues within 12 hours.
Regarding the supply time, we will strictly organize the acceptance and delivery system installation according to the project's required time. We will provide warranty service for the acceptance and delivery system according to the promised warranty period and commit to lifelong maintenance. If quality problems occur with the acceptance and delivery system, we will dispatch professional personnel to the site for repair within 24 hours of receiving the project notification and complete the repair within the specified time for project use.
4) If a weighing unit requires a large-scale inspection, we will immediately assign professional technical personnel to provide on-site service upon receiving a phone call from the project department.
