Product cargo packaging instructions

All equipment and materials provided are packaged robustly to withstand land transport and multiple handling and loading/unloading operations. The packaging incorporates vibration damping and impact protection measures to ensure that they arrive undamaged during transport and handling. If the packaging is unable to prevent damage to the equipment caused by vertical and horizontal acceleration during transport and handling, we will address this in the equipment's structural design.

Packaging will include moisture-proof, mildew-proof, rust-proof, and corrosion-proof protection measures as needed, according to the characteristics of the equipment, to ensure that the goods arrive safely at the contract equipment installation site without any damage or corrosion.

The materials and structure of the packaging have strong recoverability to ensure that the goods can be easily restored to their original packaging after unpacking on site.

We will consider the humid environment of the installation site and use moisture-proof packaging. When packaging goods, they will be packed according to the type of goods.

Spare parts will be marked on the outside of the packaging box and shipped in batches or all at once.

Specialized tools will also be packaged separately.

Loose parts of various equipment will be packaged well and placed in appropriately sized boxes.

 

Product cargo packaging markings

Goods will be packaged according to regulations. Each loose component of the packaging boxes and bundles will be marked with the component number or part number in the system assembly drawing.

According to the characteristics of the goods and different requirements for loading, unloading and transportation, the packaging boxes will be clearly printed with words such as "Handle with care", "Do not invert", and "Keep dry".

We will assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or loss of goods caused by improper packaging or marking, or for any accidents caused thereby.

All goods provided by the company for this project are packaged with appropriate standard protective measures, including good moisture-proof, shock-proof, rust-proof, and anti-rough handling protection measures to ensure that the goods are safely transported to the site;

The company is willing to assume any responsibility or costs for any loss of goods due to improper packaging or protective measures, including rust, damage, and loss;

Each set of packaging includes two detailed packing lists and quality certificates, one inside the packaging box and one outside the packaging box.

Based on modern logistics management, our company has established its own logistics and distribution system on the basis of the traditional concept of material and equipment transportation. The purchasing department will be responsible for formulating different distribution plans for the purchased equipment and materials according to the different needs of various construction sites, their locations, supply volume, supply time, and packaging methods. This will leverage economies of scale to achieve lower delivery costs and higher delivery efficiency. The principle of "customer first, quality first" is clearly defined. The position of distribution is service, so our company always starts from the interests of users, and on the basis of meeting the needs of the owner's project progress, we will achieve maximum economic benefits by formulating reasonable distribution plans.

Due to the characteristics of our projects, the characteristics of delivery are: non-fixed routes, multiple users, multiple varieties, small batches, and multiple batches. Therefore, the delivery supervisor of the purchasing department should formulate a reasonable and efficient delivery plan according to the use time, goods variety, and delivery route of each construction site. The general principles are: concentrated batches, reasonable delivery routes, coordinated supply time for various projects, reasonable use of transportation space, and selection of economical, practical, and safe transportation companies.
